NaRAI - Sustainability and resilience through additive innovations
In the certificate course Sustainability and Resilience through Additive Innovations, employees of manufacturing SMEs from Bavaria gain a practice-oriented insight into the opportunities for increasing sustainability and resilience that innovative additive manufacturing processes create.
The six events focus on the most important topics around additive manufacturing that are useful for increasing innovativeness, sustainability and resilience in the face of indefinable crises.
Participants start with the basic potentials such as lightweight construction, making production more flexible or increasing resource efficiency and are guided through additive business models, manufacturing technology specifics, as well as legal issues and occupational safety . The course is rounded off with content on the management of innovations and change processes in the company. The objective is to systematically impart user knowledge to the participants in order to recognize the sustainable and resilient potentials of additive innovations and to implement them in the users’ own companies.
Thanks to project-funding from the European Social Fund within the framework of Action 19 "Vocational Qualification - Knowledge Transfer from Universities to Companies", participation in this programme is offered free of charge. Participants must be employed in a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Bavaria.
